This email will contain the SecureLink you can use to create your CWL username and password. Click the link and follow the instructions on the webpage.

The last page in the process will confirm your CWL account creation. You’ll need to remember your username and password.

Using your CWL username and password, log back in to the Lifelong Learning Student Portal using Option 1: I have a UBC Campus-wide Login (CWL). You’ve now done everything you need to ensure you’re ready for the start of your course.

Note: once you have used your UBC CWL to log into the Lifelong Learning Student Portal, your temporary account login (email address and password) are no longer active, and you must use your CWL details to log in when accessing the student portal or enroling in future courses.

Frequently asked questions

If you have previously logged in to the student portal using your CWL, you must continue to log in with your CWL when enroling in courses.
